This course follows the full arc of the VFX Supervisor role, from script breakdown to final delivery, using case studies pulled straight from real productions. Taught by Eran Dinur, an Emmy winner, two-time VES Award winner and author of two industry-standard books on visual effects.

Eran Dinur started his career at ILM and Framestore, then spent years supervising VFX at Brainstorm Digital on films including Marty Supreme, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Hereditary, Uncut Gems, The Greatest Showman, The Wolf of Wall Street, and The Lost City of Z.

His work on Boardwalk Empire earned an Emmy and two VES Awards.

Eran has written two industry-standard books, The Filmmaker's Guide to Visual Effects and The Complete Guide to Photorealism, is teaching as a professor at the School of Visual Arts, and spoken at SIGGRAPH and NAB.
